1. What are the max dimensions of a vehicle that can be shipped?
Enclosed Transport can fit vehicles up to 90.5″ wide. Vehicles we have shipped include: Lamborghini Aventador, Pagani Huayra, Mercedes-Benz G550 4×4.
2. How much does AutoBox Express charge per mile?
The rate varies depending on the vehicle, pickup location, delivery destination, and even the time of year.
3. Is home delivery free of charge?
Yes. Unless your home is located within a restricted area or difficult for our trucks to enter.
4. What is the AutoBox Express Insurance Policy?
AutoBox Express carries up to $4M of insurance for enclosed transport. Open transport insurance coverage can vary.
5. Can you ship wide vehicles such as a Mercedes 4x4 Squared?
Yes! Our enclosed transports can fit these vehicles.
6. What documents do you need to provide AutoBox Express?
Your vehicle registration, license, and insurance documents.
7. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and also ACH payments from any major bank.
8. When do you pay for shipping?
AutoBox Express requires a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your transport and the balance is due at the time of vehicle delivery.
9. How does AutoBox Express handle vehicle damage?
Vehicle damage needs to be reported at the time of delivery and marked on the inspection form. The claims department will review the damage and request an estimate to fix. Once the estimate is approved, AutoBox Express or the insurance carrier will issue the payment.
10. Does AutoBox Express require the vehicle's fuel to be empty?
No, there are no fuel restrictions when using AutoBox Express
