1. Provide Your Information

Things You Will Need: Initially, for a free quote, you will need to provide your name, email, pickup zip code, pickup date, delivery zip code, phone number, vehicle make, vehicle model & date of pickup.
Get A Quote For Enclosed & Open Transport: When you fill out the Get a Quote form, simply choose Unsure when it asks for shipping method. Our team will send you a quote for both and answer any questions you may have.
We Don't Sell Your Information: If you have ever tried to arrange car shipping before, you may have noticed other transportation websites sell your information which results in spam emails and phone calls for weeks. We never sell our client's information and we won't spam you.

Quote Information: You will be emailed a quote within 24 hours of submitting a quote request.
Zero Hidden Fees: The quote you receive is the final cost. No surprises with AutoBox Express. If you need to change dates or pickup or delivery locations, the price is subject to change.
Accept Quote in 48 Hours: In order to lock in the lowest price, please confirm within 48 hours by paying the deposit via credit card or bank account transfer. Your financial information is secured with the latest encryption.

What We Will Need: We will reach out to establish the exact pickup and delivery addresses and contact information for each location. Someone will need to sign off on the vehicle's condition during pickup and delivery.
Payment Forms Accepted: AutoBox Express accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card as well as ACH bank transfers. We require a deposit to confirm shipping, the remaining balance will be paid upon delivery.
Schedule Pickup & Delivery: We will provide a few hour timeframe in which you can expect the pickup to occur. The driver of the truck will contact you with a more accurate arrival time on the day before.

Get Ready: It's time to prepare the vehicle for pickup:
• The vehicle can be filled with gas and other fluids
• Depending on your transport and the weight of the vehicle, you may be allowed to fill it with luggage or other cargo as long as it allows our drivers to operate the vehicle
Pickup: The transport driver will call or text the designated pickup person when they are en route to pick up the vehicle. They will inspect the vehicle with a detailed walk around and mark any damage or blemishes. The designated pickup person will sign off on this before the loading begins. The transport driver will handle loading the vehicle and strapping it down securely.
Delivery: The transport driver will stay in touch with you during the shipping process and provide regular updates. When the transport driver delivers the vehicle, a designated receiver will need to sign for the vehicle.
