3. Establish Shipping Details

What We Will Need

We will reach out to establish the exact pickup and delivery addresses and contact information for each location. Someone will need to sign off on the vehicle's condition during pickup and delivery.

Payment Forms Accepted

AutoBox Express accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card as well as ACH bank transfers. We require a deposit to confirm shipping, the remaining balance will be paid upon delivery.

Schedule Pickup & Delivery

We will provide a few hour timeframe in which you can expect the pickup to occur. The driver of the truck will contact you with a more accurate arrival time on the day before.

4. Prepare Your Vehicle

Get Ready

It's time to prepare the vehicle for pickup:
• The vehicle can be filled with gas and other fluids
• Depending on your transport and the weight of the vehicle, you may be allowed to fill it with luggage or other cargo as long as it allows our drivers to operate the vehicle

Pickup

The transport driver will call or text the designated pickup person when they are en route to pick up the vehicle. They will inspect the vehicle with a detailed walk around and mark any damage or blemishes. The designated pickup person will sign off on this before the loading begins. The transport driver will handle loading the vehicle and strapping it down securely.

Delivery

The transport driver will stay in touch with you during the shipping process and provide regular updates. When the transport driver delivers the vehicle, a designated receiver will need to sign for the vehicle.
