When do you pay for shipping?
AutoBox Express requires a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your transport and the balance is due at the time of vehicle delivery.
How does AutoBox Express handle vehicle damage?
Vehicle damage needs to be reported at the time of delivery and marked on the inspection form. The claims department will review the damage and request an estimate to fix. Once the estimate is approved, AutoBox Express or the insurance carrier will issue the payment.
Does AutoBox Express require the vehicle's fuel to be empty?
No, there are no fuel restrictions when using AutoBox Express
